Escrow Advantage was established in 1989 and is an independent escrow corporation established under the guidelines of the State of California Department of Corporations, license number 9631685. In February of 2006 Escrow Advantage, Inc. expanded and opened a second office in Valencia to add to the convenience of the already existing office in Santa Clarita.

The office managers of the Santa Clarita and Valencia office have a combined experience of nearly forty years. Troy Stairs works as manager in the Santa Clarita office and Jennifer Ouvrier manages the Valencia office. They are accompanied by a knowledgeable staff of four other escrow officers, Theresa Davidson, Diane Richardson, Terri Slone, Suzanne Aguinaga and over ten assistants making up a very efficient team.

Escrow Advantage, Inc. regularly handles more than two hundred escrows per month and routinely handles over four million dollars in client trust funds per month. Members of our staff speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Escrow Advantage, Inc. is a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Escrow Institute, the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation, the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association, the California Escrow Association, the American Escrow Association and the National Notary Association.
